A museum for two collections!
The collections of the Loire Museum revolve around:
– The "Loire " collection, which brings together objects that bear witness to the many human activities linked to one of the largest rivers in Europe.
– The "Beaux-arts " collection which presents an exceptional set of modern paintings.
But the collections of are not limited to these two presentations (only 10% of the works or objects belonging to the museum are permanently exhibited!), the museum preserves in particular: a collection of tin, Objects of Art Far East, furniture, weapons, sculptures …
Our temporary exhibitions are an opportunity to exhibit all our diversity!
